Wales Book of the Year 2013 Winners Announced (22-07-2013)

At the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, the Wales Book of the Year winners were announced on Thursday 18 July, with NWR 100 contributor Rhian Edwards taking the overall prize
as well as the Roland Mathias Poetry Award and the Media Wales People’s Prize.

The winner of the Fiction Category was James Smythe for his post-apocalyptic novel The Testimony (Blue Door). John Harrison topped the Creative Non-fiction Category with Forgotten Footprints (Parthian).
