2013 Cardiff International Poetry Competition Now Open (21-01-2013)

The annual competition from Literature Wales will be co-judged this year by Poet Laureate Sir Andrew Motion and National Poet of Wales, Gillian Clarke.

Budding poets have until Friday 15 February 2013 to enter the Cardiff International Poetry Competition which offers one of the largest monetary prizes for a competition of its kind. First prize is £5,000 second prize is £500 and £250 for third place, with five runners up receiving £50 each.

The 2013 winner will be published exclusively in print in NWR September 2013 edition and all winners will be announced on the Literature Wales website in summer 2013.
