Machynlleth lecture on Welsh artist Thomas Jones timed for summer edition publication
On the eve of publication of Michael Tomlinson's piece in our summer edition, Michael will deliver a market day lunchtime (12.00) free lecture at Machynlleth's MOMA gallery at the Tabernacl, this Wednesday, 21 May. The theme of both column in the magazine and lecture is 'Small-scale Ambition', and both explain Michael's reinterpretation of eighteenth-century Welsh artist Thomas Jones' masterpiece, 'A Wall in Naples (c1782)'. The summer edition of New Welsh Review
is published this weekend on 25 May. You may pre-order the edition at MOMA on 21 May or buy it from Penrallt bookshop in the town.
