Ed Broom lives in Ipswich, Suffolk, and was the inaugural winner of the Ip-art short story prize. When not working in IT, he writes reviews of ping-pong matches and local cafés. ‘Any Reasonable Time’ won third place in NWR’s Flash in the Pen competition for a story in 100 words, judged by Cynan Jones, this spring.
